Solve the Greatest Mystery in the World

by Unraveling the Mystery of Yourself

The Greatest Mystery in the World
is Solved by Attaining Full Self Awareness

Attaining True Self Awareness means discovering, unraveling and knowing our Subconscious Self.

Our Subconscious Self is much different than our Conscious Self.

Let’s look at what constitutes our Subconscious Self and our Conscious Self to compare the two. To learn more about the Greatest Mystery of Ourselves.

Subconscious Self

Our Subconscious Self is what makes us tick, what drives us, what restricts us, and what guides us. It includes our “Gut” our “Instincts” and our “Intuition.” Our Subconscious Self is where everything about us resides. The 5 core ingredients to our Subconscious Self include our Passions, Self Imposed Obstacles, Beliefs & Values, Talents and Priorities.

Many times, we feel our inner self (these core ingredients) trying to talk to us. But we too often cannot hear or understand what our “Gut” is saying. And much too often we allow outside forces through our Conscious Self to override our internal voices trying to be heard.

Yet, it has been said that the human Subconscious brain is the most powerful and most underutilized computer in the world. Solving the Greatest Mystery of Ourselves will unleash many powerful forces, and insights to greatly enhance our lives.

Conscious Self

We live in our Conscious Self, thinking it is who we are. Making evaluations, decisions and taking actions based upon our Conscious Self thought processes. Using the “Logic” extracted from our Conscious Self.

But all aspects of our Conscious Self are sourced from the outside. Everything! The only human without a conscious self is a one-day old baby. We haven’t had enough time to teach and impose outside data, language, math, values, expectations, desires, etc. Yet. But we begin our efforts to impart everything we can as soon as possible, and the world never stops doing so.

In essence our Conscious Self is constantly bombarded and manipulated by scores of different self-serving outside forces. Our Conscious self is overwhelmed in over 12 years of normal schooling. And even more during college. The real-world floods us with thousands, yes, thousands of marketing attempts to manipulate us into using their services or products. Not to mention the constant barrage of political efforts to sway our thinking.

“Conquering others takes force, conquering yourself is true strength.”
Lao Tzu, “Tao Te Ching”

Why don’t more people TRY to Unravel the Greatest Mystery of themselves?

Unfortunately, approximately 98% of people KNOW only 10%-15% about themselves.

People are a greater mystery than Sasquatch
People are a bigger mystery than Sasquatch

Many people think they already know themselves very well. Believing what others said about them. And believing their Conscious Self represents who they are. So, they don’t think it is necessary to attempt to dig deeper into who they really are. And the more educated a person is (Read the more outside information, perspectives, and values are imposed on them) the more they substitute their higher education as a false sense of Self Awareness.

It is virtually impossible for a person to see themselves (and understand their own subconscious Self.) No matter how hard they try using the standard methods available to them. And unfortunately, many “Self Awareness discovery methods” provide inaccurate, negative, and false readings, further complicating things. So, they lose interest.

There are people who are afraid of discovering the truth about themselves. Frequently, they are guilt driven to self-destruct. Becoming “True Believers” attaching themselves to exterior causes to define who they are. The Conscious “causes” become their full substitute for who they are. Or they are narcissists who never want to see the truth about themselves. Thus, they avoid seeking to unravel the mystery of themselves. They prefer to hold onto their self-created fantasies about themselves, regardless of the truth. Or they have been so brainwashed that they were worthless by others as they grew up, that they avoid trying to discover more.

Unfortunately People believe that focusing on discovering themselves is being selfish. This feeling hits mothers, when their life purposes are raising their children. Causing mothers to sacrifice a lot for their children. It is Not Selfish of mothers to take care of themselves. It Is Selfish if they don’t take of themselves, by imposing their negative life issues onto their innocent children.

A tired, unhealthy, confused, frustrated, stressed out mother will interfere with the many demands of raising children. And imposing these negative stresses on admiring children who follow the examples of their mothers will damage their abilities to grow up to be healthy mature adults. Some mothers eventually realize that they must take care of themselves to have the energies, motivations, and resources to be able to take care of their children.

Most people don’t recognize that having limited Self Awareness needlessly creates artificial stresses, anxieties and worries. Stresses are caused by the conflicts between their hidden subconscious 5 principal ingredients and the values imposed by others through their Conscious Self. Acting on exterior Conscious demands that violate (conflict) with their buried, unrecognized Subconscious Values creates hidden stresses that manifests itself in many different negative ways.

Too many people focus their efforts to fix the negative byproducts (Symptoms) of stress rather than the (Unrecognized) causes. These conflicts generate depression, health issues, headaches, loss of energies, alcohol usage, drug usage, overeating, unrecognized angers, promiscuity, and more. But we too often focus on relieving these symptoms rather than addressing the causes of the conflicts. The pharmaceutical world and unfortunately the Medical community spends billions convincing people to use chemicals to fix the conflict causing symptoms. Diverting money, time, and efforts from addressing and correcting the real causes of these negative symptoms. Therapy has proven successful in addressing conflicts caused by past experiences.
