Hopefully, they know you well enough, place your interest first, and are skilled enough to honestly share what they see within you without bias or personal agendas; in a way you will acknowledge their reflections to discover more about you.

3 Personality Tests: While these assessments can provide useful information about your tendencies and preferences, it’s important to approach them with caution, as their accuracy may be limited.

4 Personal mentor: Frequently more experienced professionals in organizations who take on junior individuals because they recognize their potentials and have a deep motivation to help them develop their many unseen blessings. They provide council, advice and even promote mentees to boost their productivity and successes.
