Research has discovered there are 6 conditions that must be met to suit YOU the client in order for coaching to be successful. These conditions are like links in a chain – if any one is absent, then the coaching is likely to be unsuccessful. They are also UNIVERSAL. Since they must be agreeable to you, the client, it does not matter where you get your life coach, or when you do.
Our unique proven method deliberately provides that all 6 essential conditions will be present in your coaching experience. So you will achieve your goals faster, more completely and at less cost, our Mission to you. This is why our client’s success rates have been above 96% for over 11 years compared with the industry average of about 38%.
The 6 Conditions Are:
Condition 1. You have at least one goal that is best achieved through life coaching.
Coaching enables people to achieve their life and career improving coachable goals, i.e. a future place you want to be that can only be reached by your growth or improvement as a person.
During your Discovery Conversation we will help you discover your goals – to make them realistic for you and help you determine if they are the kinds of goals which can be achieved through coaching. We will not recommend coaching for you if your goals are better achieved through other means.
Condition 2. You are ready to participate in the life coaching process.
Being ready for coaching is a state of mind where:
1. You are very committed to achieving your Coachable Goals. You want to be dedicated to improving your life in the many ways you choose.
2. You are very willing to accept new perspectives about yourself. You are willing to hear the perspectives of your coach, but you do not have to agree. You always have the final say.
3.You are willing to invest money in you, the most important asset you will ever have. When you grow and develop yourself, every thing around you grows as well. However the AMOUNT of money you will be willing to invest is also very important. Here are 3 more conditions you want to be sure meet YOUR desires before you spend one cent on a life coach:
- A. You KNOW the coaching fees up front, before you ever engage a coach. Approximately 60% of the coaching websites do not publish their fees.
- B. You are COMFORTABLE with the coaching fees.
- C. The coaching fees will NOT create a financial strain on you. You only want ONE master-You!
4. You are ready to take action. Life coaching is about taking the forward moving steps you choose to create real growth and movement.
During the Discovery Conversation we will help you determine if you are ready for coaching. We do not accept clients who are not quite ready yet, because it just sets them up for failure. We are dedicated to our clients success.
Condition 3. You like and respect your coach.
Coaching requires mutual respect and trust in order to develop that special bond between you and coach. You feel connected.
We designed our unique selection process to guarantee you will be connected with a coach you truly like and respect. You are never “stuck” with a coach. You are always in control.
Condition 4. Your life coach has extensive experience in coaching people like you to success in your goals.
It is crucial that your life coach has coached many other people like you to achieve the kind of goals you want to achieve, at a very high winning success rate. It is also important that your coach has chosen you as his or her “ideal client” ahead of time, but just did not know your name.
We select our coaches based on their experience and high success rates. They have “been there before”. TCC’s 120 worldwide Active Member Coaches met TCC’s exceptional coaching qualifications, we feel are the highest in the English-speaking world. Less than 7% of the over 2,500 coaches passed our rigorous screening process to be accepted into our group.
Condition 5. Your coach practices true life coaching only.
They must understand and practice the discipline of true life coaching. They never act superior to you, try to be an authority figure, or tell you what you “should” or “should not” do.
Our coaches are screened for this “gift of coaching” – which is why there are so successful in helping people meet their goals. In our experience we have found that less than 10% of coaches understand and possess this gift. All of our coaches are gifted in this way.
Condition 6. There is total confidentiality at all times.
Your coach must hold everything about you in complete, total, absolute confidence. Only then can you be free to be your true and best self and therefore achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
We insist that our coaches maintain confidentiality. They are not permitted to share any personal information about you with anyone, even us.
