Being a true leader requires a special person to have a special drive and very special personal characteristics. True leaders can’t fake it. They have to be very real and genuine, because the people who they are attempting to lead constantly scrutinize them. True leadership is developed in people who really want to lead. Leadership begins and ends with the leader. Leaders must know and accept themselves in order to be accepted and to be effective in convincing others to follow. In becoming very productive leader you will:

• Attain clarity about your own inner drives and purposes.
• Recognize and accept your own talents and boundaries.
• Crystallize your visions.
• Be able to communicate your visions to others.
• Be able to motivate others to provide the results you want to achieve your vision.
• Be able to organize the collective effort of your group to achieve your visions.
• Become a successful leader with less effort and less time required on your part.
