Everything you do with The Coach Connection will be kept very confidential! Period! We will not even reveal that you contacted us for our free consultation, and we will certainly not reveal what was discussed. Our confidentiality gets stronger. Your TCC Member Coach cannot reveal what transpires between you two to anyone else in TCC, including your TCC Advocate, except for session schedules and coaching fee matters. The only way anyone will discover what transpired between you and The Coach Connection is that you must tell them yourself.

Complete confidentiality between you, the client, and your life coach is the Fifth Key Critical Condition for life coaching to succeed. We know that and protect your confidentiality, because we want you to have the security to experience real life coaching.You, the client, have to be totally secure and confident that you cane easily open up and reveal whatever you want with your coach, knowing that everything stays between you and your coach. The Coach Connection will NEVER reveal anything to anyone involving anything that transpires between a Coach Connection Client and The Coach Connection, including TCC Member Coaches, No Matter Who Pays For The Coaching. We will NOT breach any confidentiality even if you, our client, are an employee and the company paid for the coaching. You and your company will get the TOTAL benefits from coaching because TCC coaching is conducted in the strictest confidence. Employers realize the remarkable benefits of investing in coaching for their employees by observing and enjoying the incredible growth and improvements in their coached employees.

We do not even reveal that you are our client

We will not reveal if you are or are not a Coach Connection client. If someone asks if you are our client, we will not lie. Instead, we respond, “maybe you are, or maybe you are not.” We only reveal success stories of our clients that we have been given expressed permission to publish. We totally honor and respect and desires of our clients and fully protect their names and circumstances.
