Anyone can be added as a coach in the Noomii Coaching Directory
People can be listed as a coach in Noomii by simply completing a short application. No money required. There are no standards to meet or qualifications necessary.

The coaches bid to be able to sell you their services
You complete a form on the Noomii site indicating your interest in being coached. Noomii posts your form for all of their coaches to view. Coaches bid against one another to obtain the right to contact you. The top 5 highest bids are selected. No attempt is made by Noomii to ensure the coaches are suitable for you.

Noomii receives revenue from the bids
