One 25 year old young lady worked in
New York City as an executive assistant. She and her husband lived in
Philadelphia and commuted by train to work in the city. The commute
consumed over five hours each day in travel time for each of them. They
were exhausted each day, and she didn’t like her job or career

How does personal coaching compare
to consulting?
(And why it is vital to understand
the differences)
You are probably
thinking that personal coaching is just another form of consulting,
disguised by a new title. You have most
likely used consultants or even conducted consulting yourself and
feel that a personal coach would not offer
anything you could not get from consultants. But is this true?
Personal coaching is completely different than
the consulting process. You will accomplish all of the above goals
and even more with a professional personal coach that you did not accomplish
through consulting, BECAUSE the
processes are so different.
Your personal coach concentrates all efforts on improving YOU and everything
about you. As you improve (the head) so improves the body (your work,
your life and your health). While consultants focus on what is external
to you. Note, that we are not saying that coaching is better than consulting,
but that the two processes are exactly the opposite with different purposes
and different methods.

The Privacy and
Confidential promise of The Coach Connection.
Everything you do with TCC will be
kept very private and confidential. Period! We reveal nothing about
you to anyone. We do not use your information to contact you again,
unless you specifically request us to. We have to receive your expressed
permission to include you in our Newsletter list, (where you voluntarily
opt in) and we immediately unsubscribe you at your request. We do not
provide any information about you to anyone, unless you provide TCC
with your specifically expressed permission. (We had to obtain specific
permission to provide the many testimonials, published on this site
and elsewhere.) We do not even reveal if we have talked to you, let
alone being one of our clients. If anyone should inquire about your
contacting TCC, we will only tell him or her that maybe you have contacted
us or maybe you haven't.
In addition, what goes on between your
TCC Member Coach and you is so confidential and private that the only
way anyone will know about it is if you tell them. In fact, your TCC
Member Coach cannot even reveal to TCC what transpires between you two
with the exception of scheduling and coaching fee matters, which we
have to know about, because that is our job.
TCC keeps your information and your
involvement in personal coaching secret. We are proud of what our
clients accomplish through personal coaching, and we love to brag about
you, which we do on our TCC Clients Bragging Site. But we know that
you must have total control and confidence in the secrecy of what
you do with TCC and transpires between you and your TCC Member Coach
for you to achieve your coachable goals on your terms.
