Then why doesn’t every executive have an Executive Coach?

Many executives confuse the executive coaching process with the consulting process. They surmise that if consulting didn't help, why should coaching be any different. Yet, nothing could be further from the truth. The coaching process is very unique, in that it focuses completely on the client. Why is it so hard for executives to call for a coach?
